The „CGET“ decided to enlist MGDIS once again for developing the online platform „Dauphin“ to dematerialise subsidies request from associations involved in urban policies. The „CGET“ coordinates on a national…
The „CGET“ decided to enlist MGDIS once again for developing the online platform „Dauphin“ to dematerialise subsidies request from associations involved in urban policies.
The „CGET“ coordinates on a national basis the actions initiated by more than 10,000 project owners. The processing of 26,000 related online subsidy requests needed the coordination of approximately 2,000 funding organizations. The need to link all these different actors exceeded the „CGET“ initial goal of improving the appraisal process.
The „CGET“ plays a facilitator role in favour of priority neighbourhoods by offering local authorities and associations the appropriate means and tools to improve the subsidy request process. The „Dauphin“ paperless platform has thus a major role in bringing together French state and local authorities as well as associations for an efficient and collaborative governance of urban policies.
